We have been around since 2012, importing handwoven, fair trade baskets to Canada from Ghana.
We currently work with around 300 weavers and their families in the village of Bolgatanga, Ghana. Our weavers are paid a fair wage and work from the comfort of their homes. We love that we are able to employ families in Ghana and it's important to know we are a for profit business. It's true we help people, but they have also helped us grow our business. Our business model relies on team work and we ensure our weavers are safe, and happy so we all benefit from our business growth.
