Garnstudio Drops Design - Snow

What's not to love about a super bulky 100% wool that is soft, affordable and comes in lush colours?

The wool fibers used in Drops Snow are untreated, which means that it is only washed and not exposed to any chemical treatment prior to dyeing. This highlights the fibre’s natural properties of warmth, resilience, and bouncy memory.

It's single ply nature makes for warm hats and mittens. It's also great for punch needle, rug hooking, or weaving.

There are so many great felting patterns for this yarn. If you haven't tried felting before, you are shrinking your item on purpose!

Honestly I tried to narrow down the felted project ideas, but there are so many good ones:

• Fairy house/ Cat Cocoon  by Hanneke van Dijk (did I add a crocheted cat pattern just for Allana? Probably)
• And of course, Sailor Slippers, which are still topping the charts on Ravelry. But the Community Slippers by Helene Rønquist Knutsen are FREE and include directions for sweet embroidery.
