Mittens are quick, fun and make great gifts. We use chunky yarn to ensure that you finish your first mitt by the end of your second class.
This class is perfect for new knitters!
Skills learned: Thumb gussets, placing stitches on holders, shaping, picking up stitches, weaving in ends and blocking your mitts
Dates: Tuesday, Oct. 21 and Nov. 4
Time: 7-9 PM
Instructor: Cathy
Prerequisite skills: Knit, purl, cast on and bind off
Materials: Not included: 4mm and 5mm needles (either dpns or long circulars for magic loop) and at least 150 yards of chunky yarn - we recommend Malabrigo Mecha or Estelle Chunky.
