A perfect introduction to mosaic colourwork!
 
Over the course of this class, you will complete Cornaro Cowl by Dominque Baril-Tremblay, a fun and colourful project.

This moebius cowl embodies timeless elegance thanks to its ingenious construction and mosaic pattern.

We love this pattern because, while colourful, you are only work one strand of yarn at a time.
 
You will learn: mosaic knitting, provisional cast on and Kitchener Stitch
 
Dates: Tuesday, June 3 and 17 from 1 - 3 PM (two sessions)

Instructor:  Cathy

Prerequisite skills: Knit and purl, knitting in the round using double points or magic loop.

Workshop includes the pattern Cornaro Cowl by Dominique Baril-Tremblay.

Materials not included: Please bring or purchase two skeins of Julie Asselin Journey Sport and two balls of Schoppel Edition 3 or similar yarn. 4mm circular needles, or the size needed to obtain gauge. Choose a cable long enough to hold all your stitches. You will also need a second circular needle of the same size or one size smaller. Plus a tapestry needle, stitch marker, and scrap yarn.
